We are often asked in clinic "What is the best way to tone my abs?".
Well here you go - here are some great options for you.
Aside from toning, abdominal strength is important for control of your pelvis and low back. Not an area to ignore.
Remember, you shouldn't feel any build up of tension in your low back or neck - if you feel this you're not working correctly, so take a step back and go easy on yourself.
