The diaphragm forms the roof of your core. Aside from that, this muscle helps to keep us alive!
So often we see people in clinic who aren't breathing properly - take some time today to think about how you are breathing and ensure that you can breathe right the way down to the bottom of your lungs and also that you are inflating correctly.
