After several requests from you all, here it is! Pilates for gardeners.
Bill uses an exercise band for this session and focusses on key areas that are important for maintaining a happy and health body.
If you are doing this 'cold' and not warmed up, you may want to do our short pre class stretch session before hand.
REMEMBER - try and portion up your gardening into smaller segments and change activity regularly. E.g. 10 mins of pruning, 10 mins of potting, 10 mins of weeding. Break everything up with intermittent stretches - use some of the ones in this class to help. Remember your body LOVES movement and change. Continual repetitive actions can be tough on your body.
