Abdominal strength focus for pelvic and lower back to help control rotation and extension.
To finish this session you will be working hard in your buttock and lower back, again focusing on controlling the movement in your lower back, pelvis and hips. Great for those with disc related pain.
**YOU MAY REQUIRE A PILLOW UNDER YOUR TUMMY WHEN LYING ON YOUR FRONT TO FEEL MORE COMFY**

Level 2 - Low back pain - strength
A short and sharp session focusing on using your abdominal muscles to stabilise the lower back and pelvis. Also working the hip flexor muscles to move the hips in isolation.

Level 3 - Lower back pain - strength
This session works the back of the leg, in particular the hamstrings and buttock muscles, with some focus still on the abdominals especially at the end. We use a Pilates ring in this, but you could use a ball.
