    A perfect way to rehabilitate your back post injury / pain flare / post OP.
    This session looks at low back mobility and low level strength exercises in 4 point kneeling.

  • Level 3 - Lower back pain - strength

    This session works the back of the leg, in particular the hamstrings and buttock muscles, with some focus still on the abdominals especially at the end. We use a Pilates ring in this, but you could use a ball.

  • Level 1 - Low back pain rehab - strength

    Abdominal strength focus for pelvic and lower back to help control rotation and extension.
    To finish this session you will be working hard in your buttock and lower back, again focusing on controlling the movement in your lower back, pelvis and hips. Great for those with disc related pain.
