  • Post bike stretch

    Episode 1

    A short but focused stretching session that is ideal post bike ride but can be done following running, leg workout or as a general leg focused stretching session.
    It includes stretching of calf muscles, quads, hamstrings, gluteals, adductors, hip flexors and pec stretch.

  • Buttock Burn and Stretch

    Episode 2

    Moderate intensity buttock strengthening in kneeling and side lying, using a resistance band to increase the strengthening component.

  • Foam roller thoracic stretches

    Episode 3

    Great to help with general spinal health and improvement of your breathing mechanics.

  • Abs to gluts and back

    Episode 4

    Series of progressive abdominal sit exercises followed by gluteal work in prone lying and side plank, all finished off with a good glute stretch.

  • The Squat burner

    Episode 5

    High repetition of squats, split squats, arabesque variation and balance. Finished with a good quads stretch to finish.

  • QUAD ACTIVATION

    Episode 6

    9 minute focus on strengthening your knees, stabilising your hips and a good quad stretch off after.

  • PART 2 - 7 mins of ab strength and thoracic stretches

    Episode 7

    A focus on abdominal control, Psoas stability, seated control and thoracic mobility.

  • PMP Advanced

    Episode 8

    Challenge your body to advanced level with a 23 minute session - squats, balance, glutes, abdominal wall and deep stretches.
