  • Initial post natal care advice

    Even better still, if you are pre natal, or know someone who is, then this is greta info to think about before hand.

  • PMP post natal rehab - Phase 1

    As soon as you feel ready to after having your baby, join in with these exercises.
    Suitable for c-section and vaginal deliveries.
    After completing this with no issues, join Phase 2 of our post natal program.

    You can of course re-visit Phase 1 at any time.

  • PMP post natal - Phase 2

    Pelvic floor and transverse activation with movement - vital for effective core control and pelvic stability.

    As soon as you feel ready to after having your baby, join in with these exercises.

  • PMP post natal - Phase 3

    Progress onto this level after you feel you can complete level 1 and 2 easily.

    This looks at extending length through upper and lower limbs with maintenance of abdominal and pelvic control - such an important foundation level to grasp in your post natal rehab.

  • PMP post natal - Phase 3 - whole body class

    If you have the time (haha!), then great to do every other day, or 3x a week.
    Here we look at diastasis recti conditioning, pelvic floor exercises, pelvic stability and some lovely stretch mobilisations that are ideal for new mummas!
