Resistance work for arms is so important as a part of post natal recovery, not just for helping lift your baby / pram etc, but also for formulating a strong and solid connection between your upper limb, abdominals and all core components.
If you found this manageable to control, then you can repeat this 8 minute class again straight after, to complete a further 1-2 sets of these exercises.
