These exercise sessions are all focused on lower back pain where the individual is in a more acute phase of pain, whether it be the first episode of a flare up of an existing long term problem.
These sessions are at a lower level with some progressions.
The focus here is on helping to reduce your pain through guided, controlled, gentle movement.
