We asked the wonderful Soelie from South Downs Hypnotherapy and Relaxation to record this bespoke session for PMP-OD.
So many of us are tight, tense and in need of relaxation. We see it in clinic a lot in ways that can manifest with headaches, back pain, shoulder and neck issues, pelvic floor dysfunction, and many more.
This session will also help you sleep, allowing your body to regenerate and feel more healthy the following day; particularly if you listen to the relaxation session just before bed.
