This is a Classical Hatha Yoga practice focusing on stretching and strengthening the body, especially the spine.
We begin with gentle warm-ups before moving through a standing and floor posture sequence and finishing with a few minutes relaxation.
You’ll feel grounded after having moved energy around the body!
Mina Blair teaches her yoga from Heyshott, Midhurst. She also has an enlightening Podcast - 'MatChat Wellbeing', which is well worth a listen - Bill and Becky regularly listen in!
Mina's philosophy is one of empowerment.
Among her many talents, she has also written a book - 'Not for the last time' which relates to her experience and self-discovery following loosing a child; finding her freedom, empowerment and growth from a deeply tragic event.
