As Becky is away up a treehouse with no internet, electricity etc, she has pre-recorded Saturday 23rd Sept '23 Pilates class for you all to enjoy for now and forever more!
Apologies for the abrupt ending, but just tag on PART 2 TREEHOUSE, which follows onwards. Thing's didn't go smoothly with the recording process, but that is life and it was too good a class to just scrap - so excuse the rough edges ;)

A 2 part session to Saturday's fill in live class. The second part (with the ball) starts at 16 mins in.
The first part was disrupted somewhat by a small furry animal and then phone storage issues!
Fire up your glutes and some great thoracic mobility thrown in for good measure. -
