    A gentle session with focus on core activation and some lovely stretches. A great class for those who might struggle with balance and with getting up and down from the floor.

  • Chair or ball stretch and mobility

    Sitting a lot in the day?
    Need a break from your office chair?
    Take 10 minutes form your day to give your body a lovely and gentle stretch out.

  • Office Stretch class

    This class was recorded live for medical groups Christmas present - how lovely is that! An office based exercise class, including stretches and mobility work, with some great stabilisation and control. A little more demanding than the other classes in our gentle chair based Pilates collection.

  • Very gentle chair based movement

    This is particularly suited for people who have recently been very unwell / become de-conditioned from a hospital stay, or feeling very low in energy / ability.

    If you feel like you can't do anything, try this class. Your body will thank you for it, even if you just manage a little.

  • Easy whole body with band

    Full body exercise session including the use of a chair to be used as an aid for those with balance difficulties, and is aimed at a lower level.
    Use of a band for resistance work in lower and upper body.
