Recovering back - general floor session

Complete this once the precious videos are comfortable to do.
General beginner to intermediate session that covers all body regions. Exercises include: Bridges with progression to hip twist / pelvic rotation, scissors with progressions and one leg stretch with progressions including arms.
4 point kneeling work working on upper and lower body with stabilisation coming from the trunk, to maintain good posture and controlled movement.
Side lying focusing on glut strengthening and pelvic / shoulder control.
This session may NOT be suitable for the suffering with an acute / very painful episode of lower back pain, but great if you are recovering from back pain and perhaps have some minor discomfort.
