The Pelvic Floor helps to promote continence as well as supporting our internal organs and creating a keystone support for our lumbar spine and and ultimately can affect functioning throughout our body - from our jaw to our feet.
Becky, a Women's Health specialist Physiotherapist, leads a series of Pelvic Floor exercise classes, working from the absolute basics, through to advanced level exercise.

We encourage all women's to see the advice of a women's health physio to help guide their exercise specifically and safely so it is tailored to them. This is particulate important if you are experiencing any symptoms.
