Becky takes you through some fantastic full body exercises to condition and mobilise your body with the beautiful South Downs as the backdrop.
* BE AWARE - we had to dub this class due to a hilarious gate crashing episode (if only you could hear that content!) - we have had to take the audio out to respect the anonymity of the people who were recorded - they were in hysterics as they had thought that we were up to naughty business in the wheat field as they saw limbs sticking up out of the wheat, then as they got closer on seeing the camera they thought it was a film shoot of field frolicking!
